Rooms, racks and tank positions are represented in one shared workspace. The visual rack view connects the physical facility with occupancy, cleaning status and monitoring records, helping teams locate stocks and recognise available or attention-requiring positions quickly.

AquaREG connects each tank stock with its shared line, background, origin, sex, date of birth, owner and procedure context. Active groups remain easy to find, review, filter and export while the central record preserves their biological and organisational context.
The dashboard surfaces relevant stock information, reviews, notes and team messages when users sign in. It creates a practical starting point for routine work and helps important changes stay visible.
Customised dashboard
User accounts, active status and role-based permissions help administrators control who can view or change facility records. Personal profiles and certificates can be managed within the locally operated system.
